Each piece of electric bikes/scooters come with warranty. The terms as follows:

All these products we sell come with our own 2 months replacement warranty from the order date. If you wish to get a replacement of the same product because of a defective product after 30 days from the date you made the order. Please email us with your order number and description of the defect for a replacement. We can send the same product or an equivalent product of similar value that you specify.

Warranty Waiver Clause

• The buyer modifies the product by himself, causing damage to the product.
• Damage caused by the use of force or violent destruction.
• Damage caused by traffic accidents, natural disasters and wars.
• Damages caused by water and soaking.
• The warranty period has expired.
