Order Cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

7 Days Returns Policy of Electric Bike/Scooter

1. Returns/Refunds are not supported for the items of non-quality problems.

2. Within 7 days after receipt of the goods, if there are quality problems:

  • Please contact us ASAP via email [email protected] or using on our website Contact Us page form, then we shall provide new substitutive spare parts free of charge, and shall bear the express delivery cost of spare parts for the buyer too.
  • If the spare parts have been reissued to the buyer free of charge due to product quality problems, and the problems have been solved by changing the substitutive spare parts, the buyer will be deemed to have accepted repairing by himself/herself own. In this case, the returned item will not be accepted any more.

3. Within 7 days after receipt of the goods, if the quality problems can NOT be handled by changing the new substitutive spare parts:

  • The items can be returned to our local after-sales station for a full refund or exchange within 7 days from the date you made your order. The returned items must be in complete new condition and no missing necessary parts. Excess of this time period it will not be handled. 
  • Before returning the goods, the buyer shall request a RMA number via email [email protected] or using on our website Contact Us page form, the message shall include the following info(Your name, Order number, Reason for the return, If you want to return for a full refund or exchange for another product). In addition, the buyer shall provide these photos (Attachment: Photos of vehicle failure problems, Photos of vehicle packing, Photo of delivery invoice) to us as required in advance to evaluate whether the return standard is met. Within 1 to 2 business days after submitting the request you will be contacted via email with a RMA number, the return address and product return instructions.
  • The customer should write down his/her name, RMA number, contact information and return reason on a paper and put it into the box for the after-sale processing. We cannot provide return shipping labels or compensate for return shipping costs in any situation. It is also the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the returned goods are packed properly. Return package by Collection on Delivery(COD) is not supported, it will be rejected.
  • Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method. The refund will be issued the same day as we receive your returned product. If the product is not required to be returned, the refund will be issued on the same date as we specify to you by email.

4. Exceed 7 days after receipt of the goods, but during the warranty period, if there are spare parts quality problems:

Please contact us via email [email protected] or using on our website Contact Us page form and describe the problem details, we shall provide spare parts free of charge, and the buyer shall bear the cost of spare parts repair and express delivery.

30 Days Returns Policy of Other Cycling Peripheral Products

Any these products can be returned for a full refund or exchange within 30 days from the date you made your order. Please read the below steps explaining how to exercise this.

  • All items can be returned for a refund. Request a RMA number via email [email protected] or using on our website Contact Us page form before returning the product. Please include the following info (your name, order number, the reason for the return, if you want to return for a full refund or exchange for another product). Within 1 to 2 business days after submitting the request you will be contacted via email with a RMA number and product return instructions.
  • The returned items must be in complete new condition and no missing necessary parts. When returning a product, please write your RMA number on the package.
  • We cannot provide return shipping labels or compensate for return shipping costs in any situation. It is also the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the returned goods are packed properly. Return package by Collection on Delivery(COD) is not supported, it will be rejected.

If you wish to get a replacement of the same product because of a defective product after 30 days from the date you made the order, all these products we sell come with our own 2 month replacement warranty from the order date. Please email us with your order number and description of the defect for a replacement. We can send the same product or an equivalent product of similar value that you specify.

We do NOT issue the refund if:

  • your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
