Our bike/scooter/cycling peripheral products support: brand printing, component parts customization, color blending, material adjustment and other customized services, everything according to your requirements.

2. Delivery time
Due to the time required for materials preparing  and production, the order will be sent within 7-15 days after you confirm the order and pay.

3. Warranty – do they come with warranty and what are the terms?
Yes, each piece of electric bikes/scooters come with warranty. In brief, the main parts will be entitled 6 months to 1 year warranty, and the function parts will be entitled 3 months warranty under the guideline to store and delivery. Any quality caused problems, we can provide substitutive spare parts free of charge. If any other questions, please contact us, we’ll try to help to offer the solutions.

4. Branding – is it possible to have our company logo on products?
Of course, we can do your logo on products. We are special in doing private labels, most from EU, USA.

5. In case of Quality issue of customized order – what is your procedure to resolve the issue?
Firstly, we suggest you pay the sample & shipping fee to check the quality, if you place large order, the sample fee will be refunded.

Next, each item will pass our strict quality inspection system before the shipment. After you receiving the goods with quality problems, if needed, we will ask our local warehouse to solve the problems for you without a doubt.

For urgent handle, we ask for photos on them and do repid solution programme in 1-3 working days.
