How are shipping costs calculated?
Shipping costs are calculated based on shipping method (air, sea or land) and product weight / volume. Different shipping companies have different rates, so it’s best to check and compare which is most affordable and economical. What about customs?
We are NOT responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped from our China warehouse. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Has my order shipped?
Login your account, click “My Account > My Orders” link, you’ll see all your orders in the list. Then click the “View” button of the order you want to check to see order status. If the order status is labeled as “Processed” or “Completed”, then it has already been shipped.

How long does it take to receive an order?
Most orders by standard delivery will deliver within 7 to 30 days after the order has been placed. “Expedited” delivery or “Express” mail will deliver within 3 to 7 business days.

How do I track my order?
Click the “Order Tracking” link at the top of our site to check your orders status. After typing in your Billing Email and Order ID (given to you on your order receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received) into the box and press the “Track” button, you will see your order status information.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”?
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

Do you ship internationally? Do you ship to Europe, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, etc?
Yes, we do ship internationally to over 180 countries and islands worldwide. Orders are shipped via International Airmail by ePacket, EMS, Special line freight or Professional Couriers (DHL, FedEx… etc.) . Most orders by standard delivery usually take 7 to 30 days to arrive.
